Oh hello Mister Monday

This interview with Oliver Jeffers is great and well worth a look, if only just for tips on how to look cool riding on a Vespa in NYC and shooting a sarnie with a bow and arrow.
OJ has been in my unofficial 'number one, tip-top, gold covered Illustrator' hall of fame for a number of years now along with Dick Bruna and Mike Perry. I discovered his books when writing my dissertation on Childrens illustration.
'The great paper caper' and 'This moose belongs to me' are so beautiful its worth ripping out the pages and shoving them on the wall.
Have a looksie and come back tomorrow as we should have another post!
